Amber L. Nelson graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law. She also has a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University. In the past, Amber practiced estate planning, civil law, and criminal law under temporary licenses in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and Chicago, Illinois. She was also certified in mediation and income tax preparation. Since becoming licensed in the State of Texas, Amber has represented clients in civil, real estate, probate and estate planning, criminal and business matters.

Amber L. Nelson is a member of the San Antonio Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Stone Oak Toastmasters and Junior League of San Antonio.

Amber enjoys hiking, cooking, and travel.
