In 2010, Alba M. Caldwell joined The Coquat Law Firm as senior paralegal. Alba hails from Southern California and made San Antonio her permanent residence in 2007. She brings with her a diverse background of experience, including customer service acquisitions, real estate development and community outreach.

Since joining, Alba has played an integral part in ensuring the stability of The Coquat Law Firm’s team by implementing protocol and procedures which ensure the firm operates efficiently and economically within the confines of the fast paced firm environment. Alba also contributes to growth of the firm by providing support for all attorneys, ranging from litigation support to legal document preparation as well as organizational and time management.

Alba is currently enrolled in the UTSA Paralegal Certificate Program and is studying to take the National Association of Legal Assistant’s Certified Paralegal examination. She is a member of the Alamo Area Paralegal Association. In the future, Alba plans to complete the Texas Real Estate Commission’s licensing program.

Alba enjoys sports, is married and has two daughters. She especially enjoys watching her daughters compete in basketball – one of whom was recently selected as the youngest female ever for the USA Women’s Olympic Basketball Team.
